Acceptance of terms

By using Pozzle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Pozzle does

Pozzle is a design system extraction tool. You provide URLs and/or screenshots, and we crawl those sources to extract design tokens (colors, typography, spacing, etc.). We use AI to name, reconcile, and synthesize tokens into a unified design system.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit (URLs, screenshots, PDFs) and all design tokens extracted from your sources. Pozzle does not claim ownership of your design system data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pozzle to crawl websites you don't have permission to access
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or free tier restrictions
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute Pozzle's services without permission

Free and paid plans

Pozzle offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro plan with additional capabilities. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days notice.

Service availability

We aim to keep Pozzle available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Limitation of liability

Pozzle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pozzle after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
